stream.scl.utah.edu: How to download online video?

Hi there,

i am not that tech savvy and have tried many things to download this one video hxxp://stream.scl.utah.edu/index.php?c=details&id=154

I want to teach a dance from there and since it is streaming it keeps on pausing and then the actual video stops but the audio continues its a mess.

In two weeks there is a performance for kids for a charity and would like to perform this dance.

Any suggestions on how to get this downloaded

i had no problems with Internet Explorer 8 (play the video!) and with Replay Media Catcher (catch the video!)
