How to stream PS3 games and what is my best option?

I have been contemplating streaming games on Twitch.Tv for a while but I am trying to decide how or if I can even do it. While I do have an HDTV, I would prefer the cheapest route and I am thinking about picking up a Easycap DC60+. I understand that this would be accomplished by connecting the ps3 composite cables to the tv and additional composite cables connected from the tv to the EasyCap (as I have seen in video tutorials). My problem is that on the back of my tv I only have the red and white RCA followed by an RGB. What do you recommend me to get to accomplish playing on my tv while also being able to stream it onto my computer (and any recommended free programs to allow this). If it is also possible to connect the ps3 directly to the pc to accomplish this, I would not mind (as long as I can enlarge the screen). I also imagine it might be possible to then connect an HDMI cable from the PC to the computer and play on the tv screen while it is being captured on the laptop (if this is impossible, please let me know). Any helpful comments are much appreciated!
