Stream a pre-recorded video onto a site such as Myfreecams.com

Dose anyone know how you would Stream a pre-recorded video onto a site such as Myfreecams.com

Rather than being "offline" while my computers on and I'm away...

there being nothing to see live, People could always watch a preview of the last group or private session, so they know what I do in group/private... Like teaser trailers or something.

You can always use Virtual web-cam software for showing a pre-recorded video instead of a live web-cam.
