Soundtaxi stops converting m4b files to avi files randomly

I've just started using Soundtaxi 4.2.1. My experience is it randomly stops converting m4b files to avi files. No error messages - all indications are of a complete, successful conversion. There's no way to know the conversions was incomplete is to actually manually check the converted audio to the unconverted audio to see how many minutes of audio each file contains. I've tried contacting their support multiple times but they do not respond. Support seems non-existent.

I tried to contact their support. And got a reply within hours:

Yes, we always reply to our customers' requests.

But, sometimes the letter could't be delivered due to technical issues or e-mail may have been sent to spam and/or junk mail folders.

By the way, Soundtaxi has a facebook page, so you can try to contact them there too.

Also m4b files are audiobooks (or other bookmarkable audio files). Why would you convert them to AVI?
