SoundTaxi Error when removing DRM from iTunes .m4v videos: MovRVDrv32 not found

Help!! I am trying to remove DRM from a .m4v file I downloaded in iTunes using Soundtaxi and receiving the below error:

EnableMirrorDriver:: Enable:Video Device *MovRVDrv32 not found

Please, if anyone has any ideas please respond in this thread!!

Can you play the file with iTunes? What version of iTunes do you have?
