so many hits in the forums, but only few posts and poll participation is low

your forum (the threads) have so many hits (well.. soso), but only few posts. and poll participation is maybe 1% of the active members.

There are really not so many replies in the threads and poll participation is very very low. If you have any idea how to change this, please let us know. I promise a bonus for giving a really effective suggestion

Well, I could just email my fellow mod on this - but might as well post it here.

in MY experience, when I'm searching for something on google (a how to, or a solution) - if I find the answer in a forum, I won't necessarily respond - i'll just try it and see what happens.

Just my 2 cents at least....

I suppose we could always offer a free iPad or cool prize given away randomly to a user that posts in a certain time period, but this is NOT my call - nor am I saying this is happening now, just throwing it out there.
