if you don't mind the slowness of recording the stream in real-time, getflv rtmp record mode will save the stream as it is played, as will other tool that support "record mode" type feature for rtmpe.

getflv does save from vivo.vn, if "enable rtmp record mode" box is checked.

the "enable rtmp record mode" box is to the right of the url address bar in getflv.

for example, the original link in this thread;
