Cannot record Window Media stream even have the URL (http:// mp3?MSWMExt=.asf)

I'm new here. I have encounter this website

www.woim.net

which has Window media stream. I searched the internet for many methods and freewares to records Window Media stream. I have sniffed the URL of the song as:

http://media2.woim.info:83/data/bethienvu/VA/little_oriole/02-shouldering-pole-770783-www.woim.net.mp3?MSWMExt=.asf
http://222.255.31.82:83/data/bethienvu/VA/little_oriole/02-shouldering-pole-770783-www.woim.net.mp3?MSWMExt=.asf

However why I add the link to download managers such as hidownload or IDM, they just can record around 200 bytes of the song.

Could anyone please help me with this problem?
