Problem with rtmpdump

Hello guys i am using RTMPHELPER for get urls
i have problem it have detect the url and it download
after 2,3mins per exemple

307565.KB / 55.0sec <0.8%>

it go bac k to

357565.KB / 30.0sec <0.2%>

Size increase but it downloading again from 30.0sec why is their any solution ?

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://:1935/movies" -a "movies" -f "WIN 11,5,502,146" -W "http://www..com//player.swf" -p "https://www..com/movies/skyfall.html" -y "mp4:skyfall.mp4" -o mp4_skyfall.flv
