Problem with rtmpdump

Hello guys i am using RTMPHELPER for get urls
i have problem it have detect the url and it download
after 2,3mins per exemple

307565.KB / 55.0sec <0.8%>

it go bac k to

357565.KB / 30.0sec <0.2%>

Size increase but it downloading again from 30.0sec why is their any solution ?

If so, why would anyone wanna get a movie that's been released as avi and mkv, as a re-encoded flv or mp4? I mean, in spite of the 720p advertisement, there's obviously no 720p material in a screener or an R5, unless they've been re-encoded with an upscaling method, which doesn't really provide any more quality?
