Is BongoUS.com a scam, fraud, rip off or a legit package forwarding service?

I have found BongoUS.com - a package forwarding service. It seems to be a good alternative to Shipito, although its services are ~~significantly~~ more expensive.

Although the web-site really looks good enough to be trusted, I wonder whether this can be a scam, fraud, rip off? Or is it a legit package orwarding service? Anybody used it?
