Is BongoUS.com a scam, fraud, rip off or a legit package forwarding service?

 

I have found BongoUS.com - a package forwarding service. It seems to be a good alternative to Shipito, although its services are significantly more expensive.

Although the web-site really looks good enough to be trusted, I wonder whether this can be a scam, fraud, rip off? Or is it a legit package orwarding service? Anybody used it?

Not so much that they are a scam, but I had a rather unpleasant experience with them, and it was a lot of hassle to get the item I purchased shipped. I will never use them again, nor will I make a online purchase from a site that uses a 3rd party or forwarding service. Not on a "pay in advance" basis anyway.The big problem with bongous is it is not easy, almost impossible to contact them. In fact it was not until after I started reporting them, then they finally contacted me.
It may very well be that they do rip off many people, the ones that are to busy, or do not know what to do when they have a problem with the company.
I do not recommend using bongous or any online store that use them, The other "ship to" I don't know about. After my experience, I wouldn't trust any "package forwarding" , and I am inclined to not trust making any kind of "online" purchase, especially if it is a "unknown" company, and pay in advance.
