Can someone recommend an average Video stream recording device that works on any site

Hello,
I'm looking for a device that can lets you record from any website, it doesn't have to be outstanding, and I don't mind paying, but I wouldn't mind a free 1 either

.
I'd like to be able to record live streams that aren't downloadable, tutorials and even a bit of porn

.
And of course audio.

I'm sure I probably missed something, but I guess, You get the idea
