CityTV.com - can't record this video

I'm trying to record the video at

(in main window, after preroll commercial). None of my usual tricks worked, so I tried WM Recorder. (Demo version) It also failed. I tried both ADA and WMX modes. I double-checked that my browser was listed in the "When WMX mode is used" window.

The status window shows 2 videos (the second being the preroll ad), but once the ad stops and the Breakfast Television segment begins, WMR doesn't record it.

What can I do differently? A recent answer to another poster said that citytv.com could be recorded without problem. Thanks for your help!
