StreamingStar support doesn't answer! Do not buy HiDownload,BitRecorder,URLHelper,...

StreamingStar support has stopped answering onto questions by e-mail long ago. Do not buy any products from them unless you do not need any support. They used to answer in this forum as well, but now they don't.

Some programs from StreamingStar :
- HiDownload
- BitRecorder
- FLV Recorder
- MovRecorder
- URL Helper

If you have other experience and/or know how to contact their support, please let me know.
