NBC Videos! Help to download/capture/record Silverlight videos

Hi everyone! Help please?

im a teacher looking to use some olympic video for my classes. i was recommended Replay Media Catcher to download a video from NBC.

But apparently it is using "silverlight". I still think its an flv file. Is there anyway around this? or know of any other programs that could help me?

I tried WM Recorder and WM Capture with no success.
