I don't know about an "official" list, but we've got a nice forum on that topic:

Freeware lossless freeme2 + drmdbg can still remove DRM protection from Windows Media files, but you can't have the latest version of IBX:
HowTo Instructions for Removing DRM with drmdbg & FreeMe2 (from Windows Media Player)

Freeware lossless fu4m 1.3 fix-2, but not with the latest version of IBX as well, so you may need to downgrade Windows Media Player, make a separate installation of Windows XP or deal with virtual machines.


Also there are lots of lossy DRM removal programs that re-record from your sound card, so you can re-record such DRM-protected files if you can play them in your Windows Media Player. You lose some quality when re-recording and it is pretty slow, but these programs work not only in Windows XP, but also in many other versions of Windows. And you usually don't need to downgrade your Windows Media Player.

Both freeme2 + drmdbg and fu4m 1.3 fix-2 do not support the latest version of IBX used in Windows Media Player 11 or 12.

But if you use Windows Media Player 10 in Windows XP or is willing to downgrade, chances are that you will be able to remove DRM with both of them.

I don't know whether all DRM removal software listed on here is totally free or not. I'm care about whether it can convert videos losslessly or not. Friend recommend Tuneskit DRM Media Converter for me in last month, I have used it to convert all purchased iTunes movies at 30x faster speed, it keeps lossless quality. Maybe you can have a try.
