Looking for a video to PSP (mpeg-4, mp4) converter!!!!

My regards to the community, I would like to have a suggestion from you people. I am looking for software that can handle my video to PSP conversion worries. The software must be able to handle the sub-titles so that it can be done according to me. Please do let me know any good ones that can be applied for my solution.

Check out freeware HandBrake

HandBrake allows you to convert DVD-Video to PSP. Handbrake can convert VIDEO_TS folder, DVD image or real DVD (encrypted or unencrypted, but protection methods other than CSS are not supported and must be handled externally with third-party software like DVD Decrypter or AnyDVD, and some .VOB and .TS files.
