fairuse4wm (Vista): provide inoperability for windows media files has stopped working

Hi,

I'm having some problem on Windows Vista.

I've downloaded FairUse4WM 1.3 fix 2 and according to WMP I'm running 11.0.6000.6324.

When i used the mirakagi.exe it created black box keys which is an empty file.

When i got to use fairuse4wm it opens but when i try to recover keys it says "using IBX "indiv01.key" 11.0.6000.7000.
When i click start I'm told "provide inoperability for windows media files has stopped working" and it quits automatically.

I'm trying to DRM free Napster files and I'm using a Vista machine... What's gone wrong??

Windows Media Player 10/11: How to determine IBX version

If you have IBX 11.0.6000.7000, then fu4m 1.3 fix-2 won't work!

The wrong thing here is that you were trying to remove DRM protection from rented audio files!!!

You should remove copy-protection from legally purchased files only. Please do not abuse Napster and other music subscription services.
