How to download .f4f videos

Hi

I am seraching for any software so that i can dowload .f4f videos.. Plz help..want to download some videos before they get erased.. e.g of video is

You need to catch the manifest file and a hds downloader like AdobeHDS.php which works through a php-framework.

Try then atresdownloader and select the desired bitrate
