Hi

I am seraching for any software so that i can dowload .f4f videos.. Plz help..want to download some videos before they get erased.. e.g of video is

You need to catch the manifest file and a hds downloader like AdobeHDS.php which works through a php-framework.

Try then atresdownloader and select the desired bitrate

Download atresdownloader using denobis's link. Install the program. Then, copy and paste the URL into the program and press the magnifying glass. Here are more detailed and visual instructions by itosteek.
