Thanks for the response but I have tried that and it seems that C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM does not exist on my computer. Show hidden files is checked because I am able to see the ProgramData folder but the DRM folder is not there. I have confirmed that this is the correct location by looking at the registry key. I don't know what else to do
