At least you can delete the DRM folder in the SAFE mode (all licenses will be lost!).
You can also try to usee freeware utilities by sysinternals:
- Process Explorer is much better at showing processes and killing ones.
- And File Monitor allows you to find an application that uses your file. Just filter for "drmstore.hds" and it might help...
