I've tested it. With VPNReactor FREE version you get
a Corporate connection to
- Staminus Communications, Florida IP Holdings LLC
- FDCservers.net, Illinois
transfer speed is ~1.0Mbps down, and ~0.47Mbps up.
It works great to initialize the localization of
AIV's.
