how to screen capture to mms (live desktop broadcasting)

hi all.. can i use WM Capture to live stream a portion of my desktop using mms:// ?

like:
1? choose a portion of the desktop i want to stream!
2? choose the framerate, etc
3? create the server to stream the desktop

WM Capture doesn't support live video broadcasting.

1AVCenter does exactly what you want and it also allows you to pick the audio-line you want.
