Saving Web Radio stream from a given URL

Hi There. I need help with saving a URL of a radio station so that it will automatically play it every time the computer turns on. I'm using Windows Media Player. Any suggestions?

There are different kind of streams. There is no one-for-all solution for saving streaming audio from web radio stations unless you prefer to record from your sound card which is not always the best option.

Please post a stream URL and a web-page where we can find it so that we can suggest you the best solution.

Thankyou for your suggestions but I have it figured out now. I've put the URL into a playlist. Then I have put the play list into the Startup Folder. It seems to work fine.
