save CNET Videos to HD (rtmp:// flash files)

I was hoping to save this:

Code:
http://reviews.cnet.com/4543-6454_7-31138361.html
It's presented in its own flash based player which I guess retrieves the specific stream itself, but I can't find a way to save it.

I suspected Offline Explorer might be useful, but I'm not sure how to set it. (I have other apps too, so let me know what's best)

Hope you can help.

Use screen capture software

You may use Replay Media Catcher to record HTTP/RTMP streaming flash .FLV videos. It is the only RTMP audio/video stream ripper/recorder available.
