try this:

rtmp://113.161.95.14:1935/evod -W http://s1phim.com/jwplayer.flash.swf -p http://s1phim.com/ -y "mp4:Phim Le/Casino.Royale.2006.mp4"

just so you know better next time.
You need to use double quotes when the paths/file names have space(s) in them [example: Phim Le] has a space between Phim and Le
