Thanks for your help, i already able to download video using ffmpeg.exe ability by using command :

i change my UA with Chrome UA Spooffer and copy m3u8 link directly from web browser

Why do you need -bsf:a aac_adtstoasc? Doesn't -c copy keep the original streams?

I'm no expert with it but I've seen it done that way for .mp4 files in many posts so I use it out of habit. Feel free to try it without.
