rtmpdump restream paasing parameter

i am doing restream like this

so there 3 thing i have to pass
1.) flow player key
key: '#@f103268b30378304c4c'
2.) username
3.)hashpassword

any body help me how to pass 3 parameter for restream.

above way i cant process request.
