RTMPDUMP Live Stream Buffer

For any online live sport stream, I use rtmpdump to pipe it out to VLC. It starts off well, but after a while it starts to buffer continuously. Eventually it says" Download Complete" after 10 minutes or so.

Anyone know a solution to this problem.

and normally when i watch a match it starts to buffer really badly, and causes 'download complete' in rtmpdump
