RTMPDump GUI for Mac

Here

http://sourceforge.net/projects/rtmpdumpgui

you can find my new open-source project for Mac written with XCode & Cocoa.

Download rtmp video streaming by using rtmpDump. Use rtmpDump with a user-friendly GUI and without a command line on terminal.

Bye
Duccio

Hi Duccio,

Can it find RTMP and RTMPE URLs? If not, what how do you find them on a Mac?

Can one specify any additional parameters besides a URL?

No, it can't find rtmp link, you've to insert the url manually. I find (for italian streaming TV) the links with this javascript: RaiMediasetVideo0.4.user.js on this (italian) page http://potacchione.wordpress.com/201...ai-e-mediaset/.

For now you can't specify additional parameters, my app launch command line with "-r rtmplink -o outputfile.flv" only. You can set the path of the compiled rtmpDump from my GUI, but I've also included it (version 2.2d) onto my app.

Bye
Duccio

On Mac, the only way for me to succeed to find the rtmp parameters to include in the rtmp command, is to use Wireshark, and "follow the tcp stream" from the first RTMP protocol occurence. ("Handshake part 1" for example, with ArteLiveweb)
Does anybody know another solution, or how to configure a valid ipfw command to use rtmpsrv ?
