Re: RTMP/FLASH Error MessageThere are a few steps i'd like you to try that SHOULD help you resolve your issue:
1) If you have any anti-virus software and/or FIREWALLS (including windows firewall), pease make sure that they will grant access for the following programs to access the internet (I know this seems like alot, but it will only take 2-3 minutes to add them all): Stream Media Recorder WMR11.exe URL Stream Recorder wmrurl.exe URL Finder interface.exe RTMP URL Finder interface_rtmp.exe RTMP Stream Recorder rtrec.exe RM Stream Recorder rmrp.exe PRO Stream Recorder wmrwmp.exe 2) Once this has been done, open the add/remove programs utility from the control panel (Click Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs) and look for a program called "WinPcap 4.0" If it is there, uninstall it, if not, then proceed to the next step. 3) Click the blue button underneath "MODE" and in the consequential window look near the right side you should see an area that says "WinPcap" Click "Install" If THIS in itself does not resolve the issue, please try changing your recording directory. By default, recorded files are saved in the same folder where the WM Recorder program resides. You can change this folder as follows: 1. Click Settings, Recordings Folder. The Set Recordings Folder dialog appears: 2. Navigate to the folder where you want your recordings saved. 3. Click OK. I hope this helps |

Re: RTMP/FLASH Error MessageI checked the firewall and all those programs were already there.
I checked the installation of WinPcap and found version 4.1.1 installed. I still deleted it and reinstalled through the program. I checked the folder settings and changed it to my old default. I still get the message when it finishes looking for adapters. I could go back to version 12 and see if that works. |
