RMTPdump & RMTPhelper - increase timeout

Hi,

New to using RMTPdump & RMTPhelper.

Wonder how one can increase the default timeout waiting for ads to finish before the capture times out. Seems like every time there are ads in the stream, rmtpdump/rmtphelper times out before the ads finish.

Trying to capture some episodes from HGTV.
