rmc problems, 0 bytes but still downloading rtmp stream

Hi, I am trying to download streams at a site, the problem is that before the live rtmp stream starts a short rtmp starts for a second

i.e
Downloading (RTMP) - 12 B
Downloading (RTMP) - 26 B
Downloading (RTMP) - 181 B
Downloading (RTMP) - 326 B
Downloading (RTMP) - 3 KB (00:00:00 / Live stream)
Downloading (RTMP) - 13 KB (00:00:00 / Live stream)
Downloading (RTMP) - 27 KB (00:00:00 / Live stream)
...

this is causing the downloaded flv to be 0 bytes, netlimiter shows that armcp.exe is still downloading data.

Any ideas? any program that could capture the packets going through armcp and dump it to a file?
