RM for PDF files that use Adobe Policy Server to set DRM security.

Im trying this method and it doesnt work. Does anybody know how do do it?

I used to use it but I think its stopped working. My hard drive have all failed at the same time so Im desperate to find an alternative way myself, if anyone can help?
