How to rip and convert .asf files to .avi, .mp4 with Replay Media Catcher?

well i tried but limit is 100 mb and the file is 465 mb

i use a software called idealshare videogo to convert asf to mp4, avi, wmv, mov, flv, mkv, vob, mpg and etc

it has both Windows and Mac version.

it also helps to convert video to asf format
it even can convert asf video to audio format
