Restream a Videostream

Good Evening,

I want to "restream" a videostream. For example this one:
Code:
http://www.tv-kino.net/stream/live/de/ard-hd.html
It's easy to sniff the Stream and save it on my HDD with rtmpdump.
But can't i use the stream and simply redirect it via my Server to another person?
On this way i could delete country restrictions and allow my friend to view the stream even if he doesnt live in the country, where the stream should only be viewable.
I would like to use red5 to create the stream or broadcast it and basically any flash Player (I'm not sure which on atm) to embedd it in a website and run it.

Re: Restream a Videostream

Well, i cant edit my Post so...
Code:
rtmpdum -r "rtmp://srv2.stream-server.org:1935/livetv/" -a "livetv/" -f WIN 11,7,700,224" -W "http://stream.tv-kino.net/player.swf" -p "http://www.tv-kino.net/stream/live/de/ard-hd.html" - "ard" -o ard.flv
That works perfectly fine, but the Problem is: I don't have unlimited Disk Space, so my HDD will be full pretty soon. I need to delete the file once a day or once a while in order to have a proper working stream without my HDD being full.

Another Page which i would like to capture but seems to be better protected is this one:

SEETEC HDMI to USB3.0 capture

The beauty of the capture is that it doesn't require any installation of drivers,
and will work with most software across Mac and PC.
Allowing you to stream to OBS, LYNC, Skype, Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and many more.

It is compatible with UVC video capture and YUV 422 video output. Support the software that based on DirectShow.
Support the video with Full HD resolution.
