Replay Music problem: Can't transfer the recorded tracks to Windows Media Player

I have the latest version of Replay Music, but it won't transfer the recorded tracks to Windows Media Player. When I stop the recording session, it processes for a minute or so, then I always get a message saying "0 tracks transferred". I can access the recorded tracks via Windows Explorer, and move them one by one into WMP, but it's tedious.

Just realized I already entered a separate thread, same subject. No responses though. Oh well......

Re: Replay Music problem: Can't transfer the recorded tracks to Windows Media Player

I asked the developer about this problem. He needs to know the version of Windows Media Player you are using. He also need the log file of your Replay Music. Please note that the log contains your serial number so either remove it or do not post it in the forum (You can PM it instead).

You may also want to
submit a Replay Music support ticket at www.applian.com

Re: Replay Music problem: Can't transfer the recorded tracks to Windows Media Player

I am running Windows Media Player Version 11.0.5721.5268. I checked for available version upgrades, message said this is the most current version.

I have enabled the Applian Audio Recorder PlugIn 1.01, and the RM PlugIn.

I do not see a Log file, and there is no mention of a Log file in the User Guide document that I downloaded from Applian. In the Program Files folder for Replay Music, there is a text file called SamplesLog, contains a list of all of the downloaded tracks that I have deleted.

I already opened two separate support tickets with Applian. The first was really about a separate issue, which got resolved OK. In my last response to that ticket, I mentioned the problem with Windows Media Player, got no response back. So I opened a separate support ticket, also got no response back.

Please be patient. You should get a response. If you don't, you can always ask about it in the Applian User Forums

Re: Replay Music problem: Can't transfer the recorded tracks to Windows Media Player

I have basically given up on resolving this issue within Replay Music. What I have learned to do is use the F3 Add to Library function in WMP, and add the Replay Music folder to the list of Monitored Folders. WMP then does a pretty good job of transferring the recorded tracks into its library.
