remove drm from wmv file without the licence

Is their any posibility to remove drm from wmv file wthout the licence.
Please help.

AFAIK nobody has c.r.a.c.k.ed Microsoft DRM yet. Besides moderators of this forum will hardly allow DRM c.r.a.c.k.ing tools posted here.

p.s.
It is reasonable for me to offer tools for making fair-use backups (such as transferring legally purchased music or videos to iPod, Sony PSP or any other gadget).

I legally purchased the licence, but it is expired now. Now I can't watch the purchased WMV videos.

Please help.

You must be able to play audio/video to remove DRM protection. I know nothing about other ways of removing DRM.

And you shouldn't abuse rental licenses by removing DRM protection from WMV files received by subscription. I repeat, DRM removal software should only be used on legally purchased files only!

even i am facing the same problem.I brought a valid license but the server did the license resetting & I was unable to play anything.I cant get the license now & also not the video which i downloaded....

WMV DRM is still not cracked. You need to be able to play files before you can use any DRM removal software.

There are only 2 suggestions that I have:
1. Do not buy any DRM protected content
2. Remove DRM protection immediately after buying DRM protected files
