How to remove copyright protection from Blu-ray DVDs for backing them up?

Lots of my Blu-ray DVDs got many scratches, so became unplayable. I would like to backup the rest of them and new ones to my HDD, so that I can play them from it or burn to blank Blu-ray DVDs in the future. The problem is that my Blu-Ray DVDs have copyright protection, so I didn't manage to copy them onto my hard drive. Is it possible to remove copyright protection from Blu-ray DVDs for backing them up?
