Registration Issues

I'm trying to use my software. The registration information appears to be lost. I have user name and password emailed to me when purchased. These are no longer accepted. Why is this?

UPDATE:-

I've uninstalled and re-installed the software. I've now found out that the registration information has expired. I recall having bought a lifetime license and when the registration information was sent to me it said as follows:-

1.Running our software.
2.Click 'Register...' button and a registration dialog box will appear.
3.Input the registration code exactly:
Registration Name: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Registration Code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4.Press 'Register' button.
5.When the registration information was accepted, you can use our software with no time restrictions.

So I recall I paid for a no time restriction option, but it looks like people at GetFLV have forgot this?

Anyone else with this problem?
