How to reduce the size of my videoI am new to screen capture software and only recently began using it. So far I have tried Debut and Cam Studio and several others. All of them produced poor quality for me. I finally found Krut. It is extremely simple to install and use. And the quality of video is SUPERB!
My only problem is the size of the file it creates. I produced a 20 minute test video last night that resulted in a 750mb file. Because the file is so large, I cannot get it uploaded to Kaltura, my online video player host. Does anyone know how to reduce the size of my video files without compromising quality? Thanks, Rob Caldwell |

Re: How to reduce the size of my videoThere are several video converters available that will reduce the size of the file without significant quality changes.
Off the top of my head, I'd try Handbrake or maybe Freemake Video Converter which are both free and see if they work out for you. |

Re: How to reduce the size of my videoHello friends,
I would like to say, Moviemaker is an application included with Windows for editing and creating videos. It provides a simple way to reduce the file size of any video file. Best regards Angle Hawlk |
