Re: recording radio stream on scheduleIt could be much better to download radio stream. This allows to download several radio station simultaneously. Besides you don't lose any quality.
If you want to record from a sound card, and want to launch stream right before recording, you can try the following trick: How to record radio station stream on schedule when RTMP URL of the station changes |

Re: recording radio stream on scheduleI use Total Recorder extensively, but you have to have the professional version to make a scheduled recording. If you do, you can schedule it to link to a website, play the stream, and record it. Alternatively, you can schedule a download of the stream, which bypasses the sound card. I believe the professional version has a one-time cost of $36.

Re: recording radio stream on schedulethanks people, have sorted this out now ,bit of a red herring in the end, I had an issue with creating new scheduled task in XP, fixed easy with free download of "powertoys for windows xp",so then just created new scheduled task from radio station website stream link(I use vlc) and synced it to total recorder ........works a treat ..slightly tedious I guess, setting time seperately in each instance but it will do me.....
