Re: Recording Audio and Video of a Webex Session

A. Download the 30 day trial of BB Flashback Screen Recorder
B. We use a conference phone, so I use a usb mic to record the sound. If the sound comes over the pc speaker, I would probably split the sound from the speaker port and direct one output to the speaker and loop the other half to the microphone jack.
C. Activate the Recorder and select full screen
D. Press F10 at the end of the session and decide what format to produce the end product into.

If the computer has a built in microphone, you could test it first by trying to capture a YouTube video.

If it doesn't have a microphone, you could
A. Buy a splitter for the audio out.
1. Send one of the outputs to the speakers (assuming external speakers) use a male at both ends cord from the other output at a splitter to the microphone in jack.

B. Buy a USB microphone (preferable) or a traditional one to plug into the microphone jack.

Again, test it before that day in case you need to adjust the microphone sensativity (within Camtasia).

I'm a fan of camtasia myself but it's pretty expensive once you get past the 30 days. You can also check out some more affordable options here: Screen Capture

Re: Recording Audio and Video of a Webex Session

Excuse me, I have a problem when using a video converter to convert the WebEx recorded WRF file. This is the converter I used http://www.videoconverterfactory.com...rf-to-mp4.html . It claims to be able to convert WRF to MP4. But after i tried, I dragged the WRF file to the interface but it could not be recognized. How come? Could somebody give me an answer?
