how to record video being played with a video player with antiscreencapture feature?

Please advise how to record a video which is in exe format.It opens but doesnt let the screen capture.All the screen capture software like camstudio etc stop as soon as the video start.Please help

I have a similar problem. I want to record avideo but probably is protected and iget only image but not sound. I tried with snagit and camtasia but nothing to do.
I checked in different forums but i didnt manage to find a solution. Next thing to do is record the screen with my webcamera...
I hope the video s not protected even from that. If you have any other ideas please post here!
