Who is in Flash Player "jwpalyer", and see through VLC Media Player.

So this is the live stream channel , and the saved recorded file to watch live with Vlc Media Palyer

I tried with : Replay Media Catcher 4 and WM Recorder , there is no way to stream that can be seen from VLC

I couldn't understand you mean, Do you wanna to watch them on VLC? if so, give rtmpdump a try:
