rtmpdump can download RTMPE streams. The problem is that it can't find RTMPE URLs.

That's no longer a problem.

rtmpdump also supports SecureToken now too. Of course, you need to be able to dig out the key for it yourself. Not sure that we can do anything about hotlink protection in rtmpdump itself; that's more of an HTTP client issue.
