How to record from this fox sports channel?

Hello. i need to record this channel, but i can't. Can you help me with a code for any rtmpdump, ffmpeg or livestreamer?

I tried this code but the output uses .ts extension. How do i modify it to use it as a flv file?. Can you share a code for that? thanks in advance.
