Record/Capture/Save/Rip from Windows Media Player while watching stream in it

i have a question,
is there any program like windows media player that when u can watch the program u can record it at the same time ? because i have had problem recording from rtsp://live.iransima.ir/irib3 and the problem is that when u give that to net transport, it thinks the file is done after few minutes, but i want to record it for like half an hour or something, so i need a program that whenever i want i can press record and it records the live show until i press stop, exactly like a VCR. is there any program that can do that ?
